The Abstracts and e-Posters must be submitted by February 28th, 2019. Kindly note that in order to submit and present your Abstract or e-Poster, at least one of the authors must be registered to the Conference.

This conference is intended for all health care professionals who have an interest in migraine and other headache disorders and are eager to learn on how to stay on the cutting edge of headache medicine.

 

There are 2 ways you can register for our conference:

1)Online Registration

Registration fees may vary depending on location and profession, please be sure to select the option that corresponds to your professional title.

2)On-site Registration

If you miss the registration deadline don’t worry. You can always register at the Conference secretariat the day of the conference.

Conference registrations must be accompanied by payment. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

You are responsible for all transportation arrangements to and from the conference. Shuttle services are available for reservation at your own convenience and expense.

 

 

Registration includes access to the exhibition hall, the area where the e-Posters will be displayed, daily lunch break and coffee breaks, attendees’ material and other sponsored events.

 

No, we do not charge a late fee for registration.

 

Yes. If you are not sure if you can attend the conference until last minute, you can always register on-site at the Conferences’ Secretariat.

 

If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your registration, kindly note that there will be no refunds for cancellation of registrations.

 

Yes. If you registered for the conference, you must check in at the EHF Conference Registration Desk to sign in and obtain your Conference materials and meeting badge. Badges are required to enter all event activities. Pre-registration is available for your convenience, please check the official EHF 2019 site to see dates and fees.

 

We do negotiate special room rates with each hotel. Special room rates/group rates are only available to registered meeting attendees. You must register for the conference before you book your room reservation to receive special room rates. Special room rates are limited and are based on availability. Please look at the accommodation section at the official EHF Conference 2019 site to take a look at our collaborated hotels.

 

Attire for the conference is business-casual. Please bring a sweater or light jacket to the Conference Venue as meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary.

 

Yes. Daily lunch and coffee breaks are available for attendees only. A badge is required for all meal functions.

 

You are welcome to bring your laptop, MacBook or tablet. Wi-Fi is available at all times; however we cannot guarantee access to outlet to recharge your device.

 

Your CME certificate will populate a few days after the completion of the Conference. A copy of your certificate will be e-mailed to the e-mail you provided on the registration form.

 

With family in mind, our hotel choices are near attractions, landmarks, shops and restaurants for you, your guest or family to enjoy and can be easily accessed by metro. The Conference Venue is steps away from the “Megaro Mousikis” metro station.

While the Conference is family-friendly, we respectfully ask that no accompanying guests or family members that are not registered to the EHF Conference 2019 are brought to the Conference area. All Conference activities (including educational sessions, meals, exhibit halls, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (children, family and other guests) are not allowed in the event areas.
